Extended Day ProgramRegistration Fee: Waived
Extended Day Fees Early Morning: 7:30 a.m. - 9:35 a.m. | $7.50/child/day Afternoon: 2:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. | $7.50/child/day Late Fees: Please be prompt with 4:00 p.m. pickups. Late Fees will start at 4:16. If your child is picked up after 4:16 an additional fee of $10 will be charged. If your child has still not been picked up by 4:25 p.m., an additional $5.00 will be charged and $5.00 for every five minutes after that. Policies and Procedures A.M. – Drop off in Room 134. Parent must sign in. Children may not be dropped off before 7:30 a.m. Breakfast is not provided but children may bring their breakfast into the room. There is no microwave available. Please pack enough diapers for all day needs. P.M. – Please indicate on the sign-in form in the morning if your child will be going to Extended Day. Your child’s teacher will bring your child and backpack to the Extended Day room 134 at 2:35 p.m. Occasionally we may be on the play ground. A note will be posted on the door to let you know where we are. Photo ID will be required for ALL pickups. ONLY those authorized for pick up, as indicated on your Registration Form will be allowed to pick up your child. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please keep this form up to date. |
